Why it is a kit

The lights are potted solid — no bulb, no seam, nothing for the water to find — so the controls cannot live in them. They live in the transformer and on the remote: color, mode, brightness, the photocell and the timer.

When a light fails, the unit you replace is the light; the cable and the transformer stay. Inside the warranty that replacement is ours — order number, product name, one photo.

The path lights, the spotlight and the bulbs are built the other way, with a stock bulb you can pull. We say which is which on every page.

IP68 sealed light housing.

Color modes and white light.

Dusk-to-dawn control.

Where this light goes

Under the water or beside it, with the transformer dry on the bank. Ponds and fountains — not swimming pools.

Use it here

Pond edge and rocks Under the surface, aimed at the rocks or the fish.
Waterfall, stream Behind the fall or in the basin below it.
Fountain At the base, aimed up through the water.
Pond-side path Out of the water, on the bank — the cable reaches.

Not this light — use these

Paths, beds Path light — on a stake, in the ground.
Trees, house wall Spotlight or well light.
Warm to cool white only Pond light kit, 5CCT — six lights, five whites, a dimmer.
Six lights The 5CCT kit runs six; this one runs twelve.

What the cable covers

One cable, twelve lights, one transformer on the bank.
From the transformer Distance
To the first light 16.4 ft
Between lights 6.1 ft
First to twelfth light 67 ft
Transformer to the last light about 84 ft

Adding lights to this kit is not supported; a second pond gets a second kit.

Putting it in

Set the transformer dry, on the bank, within reach of an outlet. Lay the cable along the edge, drop each light where it goes. Plug in, pick a color on the remote.

Runs on its own supply

The transformer in the box runs the twelve. It plugs into an outdoor outlet and nothing else.

What the numbers mean

The white channels are the point. RGB kits make white by mixing three colors and it looks it; this one has a warm white and a white of its own, so on a normal night it is a pond light, not a party.

Sixteen feet to the first light and 6.1 between them: twelve lights reach 67 ft of edge with the transformer dry on the bank.

IP68 and potted: no bulb, no seam, nothing for the water to find.

Questions people ask

Can it just be white?

Yes — warm white and white are their own channels, not a mix of the colors. Pick one on the remote and it stays a pond light.

Remote or buttons?

Both. The remote for the sofa, the buttons on the transformer for when the remote is in a drawer. It remembers the last setting through a power cut.

Is the transformer included?

Yes — the transformer and the remote are in the box. It runs the twelve lights, holds the controls and plugs into an outdoor outlet; no landscape transformer needed.

Can I add lights?

Not to this kit — one cable, twelve lights. A second pond gets a second kit.

Can it go in a swimming pool?

No. It is for ponds, fountains and water features. A swimming pool needs lights listed for pools.

What is the warranty?

It is covered, on the terms for this product on the warranty page. A claim is the order number, the product name and one photo; the replacement ships from the U.S. warehouse. Warranty terms

Bright, Well-Built, and Perfect for Wet Landscape Areas

These HIBOITEC 3W LED pond lights turned out to be a fantastic addition to my landscape lighting setup. While they’re marketed primarily for pond use, I actually bought them to illuminate a wetter section of landscaping in my front yard, and they’ve been perfect for that purpose.

Installation was super easy. The wiring and connectors are straightforward, and the lights themselves feel well made with solid materials that seem built to handle outdoor conditions. The IP68 waterproof rating gives a lot of confidence that they’ll hold up in damp environments.

The 2700K warm white light looks great on plants and landscaping. It’s bright enough to highlight features without being harsh, and it creates a really nice warm glow in the yard at night.

Overall, these are high-quality, versatile lights that worked beautifully for landscape lighting even though they’re designed for ponds. Easy install, durable construction, and great illumination—an easy 5-star Vine review from me.

A nice pond light set. But is physically a little lightweight.

I like this set of pond lights. There are bright enough for my use. The lights are very easy to install. The included connectors make hooking up to a garden lighting system a simple task. The wire provided with each light is plenty long. These lights can be used in is a fairly large pond with no problem at all.

My one problem with these lights is it’s primarily made of plastic. I am not opposed to the plastic construction. It’s the lack of weight I have a problem with. Not having any sort of weight can make it difficult to position the lights. It’s easy to catch the cable and move the light out of position. To keep the light in position, the light needs to be mounted to something. A wall, a stone a piece of tile.

But the set of lights are a good value despite the weight issue.

Great for my fountain.

These are great. They will help highlight my fountain at night. My left photo was taken during the day. The right photo was taken ant night. Although each light puck has two holes to mount them, I didn’t need to do that, Because this is a concrete fountain so I just laid the pucks on the bottom of the fountain. It was not difficult to hard wire them to my existing landscape lights main cable wire.

Nice lights

These are well made pond lights. They are sturdy and appear to be totally waterproof. Installation was easy with the transformer I already had but I did have to go and get an extension. That should be included since you know you are going to need it to put these lights in the middle of your pond. That being said, they are nice lights that really add to the atmosphere in my pond. I would recommend these lights.

Beautiful Pond Lights without Disturbing the Night Sky

These lights are compact and add such an interesting atmosphere to our pond. We have a large backyard that’s perfect for stargazing, so we’re very intentional about keeping all our landscape lighting dark‑sky friendly. When my husband suggested adding these pond lights, we were worried they might interfere with our nighttime photography or wash out the stars.
We definitely overthought it. We ended up placing the lights at the edge of the pond, angled on their sides rather than pointing upward from the center. That solved everything—no glare in photos, no dimming of the starlight. And as a bonus, we get these magical little glimpses of the fish as they swim through the soft beams of light.
We usually turn the lights off around 10 PM so the fish can have a peaceful night, but otherwise we’re very happy with them. They create a lovely ambiance without compromising our stargazing evenings.

Beautiful Underwater Lights with Great Features and Easy Setup

These pond lights add such a beautiful effect to outdoor water features. The colors are vibrant, and I love that they include both warm white and pure white options in addition to the RGB settings. The different brightness levels and lighting modes make it easy to customize the look depending on the mood or occasion.

The remote control and dusk-to-dawn feature are very convenient, and the memory function is a nice bonus so you don’t have to reset your preferred settings every time.

The lights feel durable and well-made, and the waterproof construction gives confidence for long-term outdoor use. Installation was quick and simple with the long cables and plug-and-play setup.

Overall, these lights feel high quality for the price and are a great way to upgrade a pond, fountain, or other outdoor water feature.

COMPLETE and quality set of pond lights, works and looks great, recommended!

This is a really nice set of 12 underwater pond or pool lights with transformer and everything else needed for a quick and easy installation. It also comes with a remote control for easy color changes, mode changes, timers, etc. right from your fingertips and at a distance. The only concern I have with this set is the controller does not specify the total wattage anywhere on it, nor can you find it in the manual. I have never had a transformer that does not have the maximum wattage listed on it. If you look at the second to the last photo, you will see a warning not to exceed the maximum wattage of the transformer, but the maximum wattage is nowhere to be found which is very unusual. When connected, all 12 lights power on and work as they should with stable lighting and no flickering. Each light is 3W so a total of 36W of power consumption so I can only assume the included transformer is rated for at least 43W at a 20% cushion, but again, it doesn't say anywhere. There is a built-in photocell sensor for automatic operation at dusk, with 8 different timer modes from 2 to 12 hours of on time before it shuts off, depending on desired timer settings. Everything works flawlessly and the colors are very vibrant. The lights are well sealed and IP68 waterproof rated for submersion into water. It is versatile and should work well in a pond or pool, or any other outdoor location as desired. There are 16 color options (see pics of all), 5 dynamic modes like flash, fade, etc., and 5 different levels of brightness. This is a quality-made set of lights, a complete kit for a great price, and I recommend it to anyone!
