What we're after
Not an unboxing.
We don't need the box opened on camera. We need the yard after dark, with people in it. What that looks like depends on where you post.
Dusk, then night. The path or the tree it lights, and the people using it. A photo set or a short clip is exactly right. No install steps required.
The lights are the last episode of your project. Key steps at real speed, not a time-lapse. If something went wrong along the way, leave it in — people trust it more.
No post to make. When a thread asks something you can answer from your own install, answer it and say you work with us. Links only if someone asks.
Three things we do ask for: the same camera position before and after, no faces, and a disclosure. The rest of the brief — shots, light, what to keep out of frame — comes with approval.
The kit
Pick the part of the yard first.
A kit follows the place, not a product list. Tell us which part and roughly how big — feet of path, number of steps, how many trees. We size the fixtures, the transformer and the wire, and send one kit per project.
Path lights with a replaceable G4 bulb, in a finish that matches the door hardware. Transformer and wire sized to the run.
4, 6 or 12 lightsRecessed step lights and rail lights with their own transformer. Light on the tread, not in the eyes.
Kit with transformerSpotlights on a replaceable MR16 bulb, or in-ground lights set flush in the bed.
2 to 6 lightsSpotlights or in-ground lights along the foundation. Where the light lands, whether it glares — that's what we're checking.

Kit with transformerNot sure which part it is? Say so on the form. We'll ask two questions and pick with you. One kit, one piece — a second project earns a second kit, after the first is up.
Mid-project?
Send us the channel and the part of the yard you're on — two minutes. Follower count isn't the gate; the project is. The kit ships when you're approved, and the lights go in when the rest of the yard is done.
