Eligibility
HIBOITEC PRO is open to U.S. businesses that install or maintain landscape lighting: landscape, electrical, irrigation and pool contractors, handymen, property maintenance companies and designers who specify and install. You apply with a contractor license number or an EIN and a way to find your business online. We review by hand, typically within one business day.
The account
Membership is free. There is no annual fee, no minimum order and no purchase required to keep the account. Trade pricing, plans, spares, introductions and tax-exempt checkout attach to your login; they do not transfer to other accounts or to your customers.
Your customers
Retail prices on this site are for homeowners. PRO pricing is for your business and your jobs. Please do not share PRO pricing, plans or spares with customers as if they were retail offers, and do not resell HIBOITEC products on marketplaces.
Suspension
We may pause or close an account for marketplace resale, false application information, or repeated no-response to introductions (two in a row). We will tell you why. You can reapply after 90 days.
Changes
We may change tier levels, quotas or benefits with 30 days notice by email. Changes are not retroactive to orders already placed.

The rules
Four things worth knowing.
When a public sale, coupon or code is running, you pay whichever is lower â PRO price or sale price. Never both. You never pay more than a retail customer.
Free over $35 to the contiguous U.S. Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse in 1â2 business days.
PRO prices appear only in the cart of a logged-in PRO account. Product pages show retail prices to everyone, so your clients can browse without seeing your cost.
Twenty percent already applies. For projects beyond that, email us before checkout and we hold a draft order for 14 days.

Who qualifies
Businesses that hold a valid state sales tax permit and purchase HIBOITEC products for resale or installation into a customerâs property may check out without sales tax after we verify a resale certificate.
What to send
A completed resale certificate for the state where the goods will be delivered, with a business name that matches your PRO account. Upload it with your application or email it later.
Timing
We mark the account tax-exempt within one business day of verification. Tax already charged on earlier orders is not refunded retroactively.
Multiple states
If you install in more than one state, send a certificate for each. Exemption applies per delivery state.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for collecting and remitting any tax due when you sell or install the goods. We keep certificates on file for audit as state law requires.

Coverage by material. Claims on an order number and a photo. Your client can come to us directly â and we never quote them your price.

The term starts on the delivery date of the order. Transformers, wire and connectors carry the term printed on their product card.
How to claim
Three things. One business day.
From your account or the confirmation email.
As it appears on the order.
Of the failure. That's it.
We reply within one business day and ship the replacement from our U.S. warehouse in 1â2 business days. For most claims we do not need the failed part back.

- Mower, trimmer, vehicle or tool damage
- Wiring outside 12â15 V AC / 12â24 V DC
- Modification
- Submersion of fixtures not rated for it
- Normal weathering of finishes
- Bulbs not sold by us
Your client, after the job
- They can contact us directly with the order number. Same terms.
- We never disclose PRO pricing and we do not sell to them at your price.
- A spare shipped with a 12+ order is for your use on the job â not a warranty replacement, and it does not extend the term of the light it replaces.

What you send
Photos of the yard (daylight, wide), the parts you want lit, any fixtures the homeowner already owns, and your clientâs zip code. A sketch helps; it is not required.
What you get
Within 48 hours: a one-page PDF with fixture positions marked on your photo, fixture count, transformer size, wire gauge and a bill of materials. Your business name and phone are on the page. Ours are not.
Quota
Up to four plans per account per calendar month. Need more for a large project? Ask; we will usually say yes.
Pricing on the plan
The bill of materials lists parts and quantities, not prices. You price the job. If you order from us, PRO pricing applies at checkout as usual.
Ownership
The plan is yours to present to your client. We do not send it to the homeowner unless the request came from the homeowner in the first place.

Where the jobs come
from, and how they
reach you.
No fee to you or the homeowner. No commission. No ranking. No public directory.
On our site, in the manual, or from the transformer QR: whole yard, one step, or a system that went dark.
Within 48 hours: layout on their photo, count, transformer, wire gauge, parts list.
By zip to up to three PROs whose radius covers it and who take that kind of job.
Within two business days â even to say no. Two in a row unanswered pauses introductions.
Your price, your schedule. We stay out of both.
What we ask
- Reply to the homeowner within two business days, even to pass.
- Keep the plan and contact details for that job only.
- If the homeowner later asks us about the fixtures, we support them under warranty.
What we don't do
- Charge you or the homeowner for an introduction.
- Take a commission on the job.
- Rank or rate PROs, or publish a directory.
- Guarantee you win the job or that the homeowner proceeds.

Can my crew members log in too?
One login per business. Share it inside your company as you see fit; the account and its benefits stay with the business.
Do you sell to my customers at my price?
No. PRO pricing is never shown to homeowners and we do not offer it to them.
Can I return unused fixtures?
Unopened items within 30 days, same as retail. Opened or installed fixtures are covered by warranty, not returns.
Do introductions cost anything?
No, and there is no commission on the job.
What if my client already bought on Amazon?
Install it. The warranty is the same. If you need matching parts, order them here at PRO pricing.
Can I get a W-9 or an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are available from your account after each order; email us for a W-9.
